Thankfully the webspace is now back up and running meaning that at 5pm today I finally sent out our 'press release'.However our progress may be thwarted once more as tomorrow there are nationwide university lecturer strikes, which means that the IDT Stash t-shirt/polo/hoody launch email could get delayed by a further day. Please no; it's only been a week already.
On the brighter side, I picked up a cool 75 on my DesignWeek work (still not allowed to show), and I am very very pleased. This has been the first project and grade that I scored a first in that wasn't entirely marked on a computer based output. We'll it was, but this time it was the product being marked.
This has done wonders for morale, as did the arrival (pick up) of the new phone. Despite my hardest attempt to get rid of the thing, I have succumbed and will be keeping the little fella, however there is still a feeling of guilt inside me. Hopefully the fact I can now control iTunes from the comfort of my bed and a 0.7 megapixel on-board camera upgrade will cheer me up.
Nick was looking quite stressed out today. I did feel sorry to be bothering him about the phone, but at least ir's now one less thing for him to be worried about, and one more thing to distract me from MDP2, which according to my schedule, should have started today. Alas, Flash web application development got in the way. As is life.
