Fiscal Juggler

Last night I went out for a 'few' drinks with Chambers, Wellsey and Brits. John, Becky and Mike also made an appearance later in the evening and we had a pretty good time getting merry and making a nuisance of ourselves.
This morning my head was sore, which isn't particularly good if you have to be at a meeting with a client early afternoon. Thankfully by then I was feeling much better by the time of the meeting (which incidentally was the second time I attended it. Confused? Yes I was for ten minutes as I sat there yesterday afternoon wondering where everyone else was until I realised I was a day early). We managed to hash out some improvements to the existing website, then I went on my way and checked out what I should be doing with my finances down at the bank. I have decided to stop banking with HSBC as I really just don't think they've got the customer-side sorted, and am taking the advice of this fantastic site (which I urge you to visit if you haven't seen it before) to get the best out of my money.
I also gave Richbrown a call today. For those who don't know, Rich works at a high profile ad agency in the City with an impressive repertoire, and being the sort of chap who is interested in high profile ad agencies in the City, decided to take him up on the offer of some work experience at some point this year. Should be awesome. Rich spends most of his time at TV ad shoots and working on their bigger accounts (Virgin Atlantic, The Sunday Times etc) and knowing Rich, shadowing him will probably make for some interesting experiences. It'll also give me an opportunity to try life in London, which I'd penned down for something I want to try out this year. Good stuff.
